HOW IT WORKS
Refining a brand is a phased process. It starts with a full brand audit and stakeholders interviews to identify the core problem and draft a new strategy. Once we are clear on the new direction and have a solid strategy and action plan in place, we start translating it to visual and verbal expressions. Be it a logo redesign or refresh, a new color palette, or a new set of fonts, the new look and feel of your brand along with the marketing messages are crafted to reflect the new strategy. Then we start applying it to every brand touch-point (the point of interaction between the brand and its customers) to draw the big picture and create seamless customer experience. The last phase is brand activation. This when we add the final touches and prepare print-ready files that goes to production.
